How do I cancel my order?
Before delivery, you may 「Sign In」 ＞Go to「member」＞check your 「order」＞select the order that you want to cancel, then click cancel
※Soft Reminder: You can only cacnel when order is completed, and you are unable to do so while the products is in delivery status
Can I change my order after complete ording procedure?
Please contact us if you want to cacnel, delete your order or change delivery address.
If your order has yet to be processed, we will revise order base on your request. However, we are unable to do so after delievery.

Return and Change Policy
- You may contact shop manager through FB message or email for returnning products within 7 working days upon receiving your order.
- You will be responsible for returnning product delivery fee, unless the product is not what you ordered or defected.
- If you would like to change the products, to protect your rights, we suggest you retrun the received product and place a new order.
- If you wish to apply refund, the shop manager will complete refund process within 7 working days upon receiving your returnned products.
- When retrun your order, please ensure you kept product's originality including all parts, instruction book if any and invoice also to be returned .
Do I need to pay for card and printing fee?
XIN Shop provid you free cards for different occasion such as birthday card, appreciation card etc. and we can also print the content that you wish to include or you can ask for a blank card. Simply tick your favor card type while filling out the payment information.
